In Short, It was once a lazer build but It Became an Upper-cutting Abrams-Like Close-Range Bullying Build. It relies on getting bomb stacks early, and if you got a LOT and the conditions are good, you double bomb... But what I prefer is skipping that section and going straight for Torment Pulse. Torment Pulse Scales Best with Spirit Resist and Cooldown Reduction. Spirit Strike and Soul Shredding Bullet Proc on Upper-cut, leading to an Instant -22% resist, aka +22% amp for only 1750. Then Melee Charge Helps set up Combo's, and Improved Cooldown Buffs absolutely everything in your build, especially Torment! then you Grab Life Strike for the Life steal and Slow, next thing you know... Escape is not an option in the Slightest! and in the End-game. when Nobody's an Easy Picking... You still have an Escalating Exposure Lazer!

in the earlygame, Prioritize NOT DYING while applying Pressure. I might be a bit of a dumbass, cause I go for Suicidal plays a lot, but trust me. Play it safe, Your Main Goal is walking out of Earlygame with Enough Bomb Stacks to be able to Heavy Punch + Bomb Medium Creeps and have that Kill them. As for the Play-Style, you wanna be able to Punch Creeps as much as you can to Proc Life-Fist, and have cover avalible a dash away while Fishing for Hooks. when you get a Hook, Bomb them, PUNCH them, but don't be afraid to let them get away on low HP. what'll they do? Stand behind tower? Run back to base? all the more time to get money! try and use Lazer as soon as you get it, it's instant use is a great "YOU DIE NOW" tool since nobody has enduring speed yet to counter the slowness

Start off by seeing if any lanes need help, if not. Smash Gold Statures for Cooldown/Spirit buffs, and Jungle until you can Either afford Torment Pulse or Echo-Shard. Depending on which your Feeling like doing. Then try and Get as many 1v1 Situations happening as possible and Bully the Hell out of them. ESPECIALLY if it's Indoors in an Enemy Jungle because unless the enemy is an Infernus or Abrams it's basically a Free Kill... Don't be afraid to hook team-mates out of danger when you see their white outlines. and if you take a fight in enemy territory and it lasts more than 10 seconds, try to make sure there's an escape option nearby, as Once the enemy realises the threat you are. YOU WILL BE JUMPED EVERYTIME... but you can flip this around because if the enemy trickles in on your position... that's just three 1v1's back to back! Keep Pressure and Push up Lanes to Take enemy Jungles, and take out walkers while your at it! but if your not in top 50% of souls, don't go solo. And when the End-game Comes around. Get out of enemy territory.

WORK. WITH. YOUR. TEAM... in endgame, any 1v1 will become a Teamfight, make sure your team can get to you faster than the enemies can. and you want to do one of two things in end-game. Fish for Hooks to pull an enemy into your entire team and insta-wipe them. Or start using that damn lazer of yours. But when you use it, Make sure that your positioning is good, and that you can Cover More angles than the enemy can shoot you from. keep in mind the Turning slow will limit this cone of action.
