Rush for Healing Rite and Extra Charge. The rest is not that necessary on early stages.
Rush for Healing booster, then T3 Radiant Regeneration, Healing Tempo and Heroic Aura
Buy Rescue Beam and Heroic Aura first. They are core items for support. Then focus on Superior Cooldown or Healing Tempo if haven't bought it yet.
Use it for Lash/Wraith-mains :)
Healing Tempo is a core, the rest is for damage and late game. Especially Spirit Burn for your stomp and ultimate.
If you trade some damage items for those it'll be okay
You should focus on supportive techniques or damaging via stomp + black hole. It would be not so easy to improve both damage and healing. So, prefer buffing teammates. You can buy Warp Stone or even Veil Walker instead of Juggernaut-tree items and save a lot of money, but you will lose you debuffing ability on blackhole.
