Reason Of Removal/Changes
The Change To Toxic Bullets Making it Situational IS Because We NEED More Slots + Money For Other Items Such As The Newly Buffed Spirit Burn, And The Newly Added Trans CD, and Much More, This doesn't mean toxic bullets is a bad item!, it's just not fitting
