Buy Left to Right. Hit your enemies with Call Bell for some nice poke damage. Monster Rounds will help you hold your lane against troopers. Apply pressure using Doorway to either create new angles, or to push enemies into your Guardian!

Extra Regen is the most passive option. Resto Shot if you can aim. Healing Rite if you want to also heal your ally.

Buy Left to Right. Use Slowing Hex anytime you engage an enemy, but also try to use it before your ult! Slowing Hex, Slowing Bullets and Call Bell will make your enemies struggle. Make sure to always use Cultist Sacrifice on Tier 3 Neutrals.

Struggling to say alive? Consider picking one of the following items. These items can help you out in many different situations. Make sure to read the annotations.

Buy whichever you need. Echo Shard will allow you to double stun with your Luggage Cart. Extremely strong when dealing with an enemy who just came out of Hotel Guest. Boundless Spirit will give you a lot more damage. Transcendent Cooldown will lower the cooldown of your items. Mystic Reverb will allow you to slow down your enemies to a crawl with Call Bell. Ethereal Shift will grant you much more survivability.

Make your enemies suffer with those items. You can replace Slowing Hex with one of them. Recommendation: Knockdown.

Those items are not part of the build. You can buy them to create a playstyle that suits you more, or to counter specific threats you're dealing with.
