It's kinda optional if you want a green item on this but it's again depending on what you are going against
Don't underestimate anti-heals
In case you got massive heals and even without healers, do not let them heal from creeps.
Mid Game Combo
And pretty much your core build show up here. Combo with Vortex or without it, ultimate and massive waves of stuns with your 3rd ability and item. The more you grab the better.
Late Core Dmg
Core items you should focus when you can combo.
Late Build Ending focus
You pretty much upgrade what you have beyond this point and fill your build with whatever is needed
