You COULD go aggressive if you think you are that nice but this is pretty back and relaxed until an overextension or until you get the Alch fire (9k networth or so)

General Gameplan
You really need to survive the laning pretty badly as it becomes way harder to capitalize on this with a losing team as you'll find less openings available and it just goes down from there. Your goal is to farm up some until an interaction is due and you would then fly to said spot with all the setup to secure a kill or two
