Ascertain what kind of lane you're going to have, then grab what you need here. Use Arcane Surge to greatly boost your specter or combine with Mystic Expansion will give your turrets insane range.
If your lane is going well, add onto your success with more spirit power and cooldown reduction. Otherwise if you're struggling a bit, check out the other options here to see what you might need to keep up.
Buy roughly in order, but consider putting off Boundless Spirit for situational items from Phase 4.
Once the majority of your CORE is finished, decide what kind of role you want to play and look to these categories to build them out. Personally I tend to grab Greater Expansion and Juggernaut, and maybe think of Escalating Exposure for the late game.
