Buy left to right. Battle Vest, Hollow Point and Sprint Boots will give you some nice out of combat health regen! You can also get a Lane Extra item to make laning easier.

If you happen to be struggling, buy one and sell it later. Extra Regen is the most passive option.

Buy left to right. Use Splatter to reload your gun with Quicksilver Reload! After getting Vampiric Burst, you can sell Quicksilver Reload for another item.

If you find yourself dying easily or taking too much damage, consider one (or more) of those items!

Buy left to right, or in the order you wish. You can get the vitality items to increase your survivability depending on what kind of enemies you are facing.

If you know what you're doing, one of these can be picked to increase your damage output!

On top of Toxic Bullets, pick one.

Each one of those items can bring a little more to your build if you know what to pick! You can also read annotations for help if you are interested in getting one of those.

These items will help you have a better time against specific enemies or simply allow you to modify your gameplay to something that fits you more. Keep in mind that these items are NOT part of the build. Decay, Silence Wave, Knockdown and Curse are powerful actives that can be bought to counter specific heroes.
