Buy left to right usually. Put Quicksilver on your cards. Veil walker for ganks/resetting barriers/big ults. Reactive is optional, but usually good.

Sell extra charge for slowing hex, this active item helps lock down ULT kills!
Optional/Flex
If no flex pick up Titanic. Sell Hollow Point ward for Lucky/Spiritual. Toxic if tanky team. Diviners usually good for purple slot after ulting. Surge of Power is fun.
